"no catch me mommy!"

so incredibly sweet (and fun to hang out with) even when he's sick ;)

our house was a den of sickness this week :(  stomach bugs, pink eye, ear infections and nasty colds.  thankfully everyone is on the mend.  it's amazing how no pants and a good hand to chew on can make things better.

the 42 project

so i'm jumping on this bandwagon (admittedly very late) called the 52 project -- where you post a picture of your children, once a week, every week, in 2013.  since it's already week 11, i guess for me it's the 42 project?

there are some people doing a pretty awesome job of it here, here, and here.

btw... i'm not planning to impress anyone with my photography skills.  i just figure it will be a fun project -- and nice way to capture the rest of 2013 :)

i love these boys so much!

caleb is a silly monkey.  his favorite things right now are going outside,  playing with his "phone", loving on levi and eating peach yogurt.  oh, and he just started saying mom-mee and dad-dee instead of mama and dada.  it's pretty freakin' cute.

levi is a happy baby full of smiles.  you can't tell here, but he's going through some fierce teething.  his favorite things right now are bouncing, chewing, laughing, grabbing anything within arms reach, bouncing, watching caleb's every move -- oh, and bouncing ;)

three years later...

a lot can happen in three years.  we now have two beautiful boys and a new house that we're starting to make our own.  i'm going to pick up blogging again because i want a better way of capturing this amazing time in our lives.  more to come :)
